Learn a little more about yoga in our free hour to the public.
9:30am-10:30am every Saturday in February. Everyone is welcome from beginners to regular yoga students. No booking is required!
No minimum age requirement, this is open to anyone and everyone! 40 yoga mats will be available.
Turn up in active wear and receive a free coffee from All Day Trader and a discount for yoga from AYR for a Limited time only.
