Check Out Our Absolute Beginners Yoga
Are you worried that you are not flexible enough and that everyone else will be more experienced than you? Then the absolute beginner’s course is perfect for you. Learn about yoga, find out what is the difference between a down dog or a cat/cow? You don’t need to be 25, supple, a size 10 and eat veggies to benefit from yoga! It suits any body shape or life stage.

Join us for a gentle, supportive 4-week yoga journey designed to introduce (or reintroduce) you to the foundational elements of Yoga. Each class has a dedicated focus to help you build strength, awareness, and confidence.
Week 1 (10th of August)
Standing Asanas: balance, grounding & posture
Week 2 (17th of August)
Forward Bends & Twists: release tension & create space
Week 3 (31st of August)
Backbends: energise, open, and lift your mood.
Week 4 (7th of September)
Restorative & Pranayama: reset your nervous system & connect to the breath
Each session ends with a deep Savasana (guided restorative asana) to integrate the practice, relax your body and nervous system, and leave you feeling calm and refreshed.
You’ll learn how to safely bring these practices into your own home routine, in a way that’s accessible, sustainable, and deeply nourishing. $80 -95. All levels welcome – just bring your curiosity and a willingness to explore!
