Sunday 21st June
Celebrating United Nations World Yoga Day
To help make International Day of Yoga around the world a great success, we invite you to a FREE yoga class on
21st June, 9.30- 11am.
Regular yogis know that Yoga is good for everyone. However most people don’t realise how good it is for continued health. In fact the first thing most beginners say is “I’m really stiff” – so don’t worry – that’s why you need yoga! A regular yoga practice brings strength, toning and flexibility, helping you to gain renewed vigour and energy both physical and mental.
Now, official recognised by the UN this day is being held to further spread the benefits of Yoga to the entire world.
To help celebrate International Day of Yoga around the world on June 21st we are inviting you along to our 9.30- 11am class.
Come in 9am for a chai tea and a chat then join us for our 9.30 – 11am class for free. Suitable for beginners so why not invite your family and friends. Children (5yrs and older) need to be accompanied by an adult. If they find it difficult to concentrate then we would recommend you take time out with them, colouring books and pens will be in the kitchen on that day).
