Mandalas offer balancing visual elements, symbolizing unity and harmony. A Mandala is a visually appealing design that absorbs the mind. The process of making or colouring one creates concentration and leads to a higher consciousness or awareness. For Children it’s fun and works with the creative side of the brain for adults it could become a form of meditation.

The competition

We’re giving away two Books on yoga for our Adults and two t-shirts for our kids. All you have to do is download and print the picture and show us your best colouring.
